Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the rooms to be outdated with damaged furniture, making it feel more like a plain roadside inn rather than a luxurious Central Park establishment. However, the rooms did match the photos on the website. The service was a mix of unbothered attitudes from some staff members but pleasant interactions with others. The location, just blocks away from Central Park, is truly desirable for couples and families, offering easy access to iconic landmarks. The dining experience, although a bit pricey, showcased unique dishes like one-of-a-kind pancakes and waffles. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs, providing a mediocre experience.

The hotel offers a fair room layout with a separate entrance to the fitness room in the neighboring building. The room includes a king-sized bed, a small living area with a pull-out couch, a dining table, and a spacious bathroom. The room is well-maintained with a large TV on the wall, making it quite acceptable for a comfortable stay.
